Every charter is private to your group of up to 6 guests on our 2026 22' Barletta tritoon, departing Spanish Point Tiki Bar and Restaurant, 135 Bayview Dr, Osprey, FL 34229. Private charters can start any half hour from 8:00 AM–7:30 PM, and dock pick-up is available on request.

Frequently asked questions
What is your weather and cancellation policy?
Florida weather can change rapidly, and your safety and comfort are our top priorities. Captain Kelly and Captain Joe continuously monitor marine radar and water conditions. If a charter must be called off due to unsafe weather (such as lightning, high winds, or heavy sustained storms), we will gladly reschedule your outing or issue a 100% full refund. For guest cancellations, full refunds are provided when cancelled more than 48 hours in advance. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
How many guests can come aboard?
Our 22' Barletta tritoon carries up to six (6) guests. Federal law limits our boat to six passengers, counting children and infants, so there's always room to stretch out.
Where do we board, and what are the parking arrangements?
Every charter leaves from Spanish Point Tiki Bar, 135 Bayview Dr, Osprey. Directions and parking details come with your booking confirmation. We also offer custom dockside pick-up and drop-off at private waterfront residences, rental properties, and waterfront restaurants throughout Sarasota, Siesta Key, and the surrounding waters upon request.
Can we bring our own food, snacks, and alcohol?
Absolutely! You are welcome to bring whatever food, snacks, and beverages (including beer, wine, and cocktails) you'd like. We provide a large onboard cooler loaded with clean ice and complimentary bottled waters. No glass, please: cans or reusable containers only.
What should we bring with us?
We suggest towels, sunglasses, hats, swimwear, and sunscreen (lotion or non-aerosol formulas are preferred, as spray sunscreen can make boat decks slippery). Feel free to also bring your favorite playlist to connect directly to our onboard Bluetooth sound system.
Are children permitted, and do you supply life jackets?
Yes, children of all ages are warmly welcomed aboard! We carry all required USCG-approved safety equipment, including life jackets for adults and properly fitted vests for children and youths. Our rule: children under 6 wear a Coast Guard-approved life jacket whenever the boat is moving.
